Key Equipment of the Complete Juice Production Line
Injection Molding
For the PET Preform and Cap production, Adopting Europe technology, hydraulic unit adopts proportional pressure and flow control, the pressure and the speed can be adjusted, stable movement curve and gentle shock, the computer is imported from Industry family. The LCD displaying screen with high clarity has Chinese and English language to use. Close-loop PID temperature control with the advantage of high precision.
Water Treatment
According to customer’s water source analysis report and the final water standard required, we will suggest customer to choose the suitable water treatment plants.
Bottle Blowing
Full automatic blow molding machine is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles in all shapes. It is widely used to produce the carbonated bottle, mineral water, pesticide bottle oil bottle cosmetics, wide-mouth bottle and hot fill bottle etc. It is necessary for the water filling production line, 330ml-2L water filling machine line.
Juice Processing
Complete juice processing system with reasonable mixing and sterilization technology, not only can be suitable for common products, but also can satisfy special requirements of customers, for example juice, milk, cream or high viscosity products containing fiber and large pulp granules.
Juice Filling
This water bottling machine line is mainly used for filling fruit juice. It combines rinsing and filling and capping as one automatic body suitable for PET or other plastic bottles. The micro pressure filling operation of the new type is adopted enabling it to fill more efficiently and more stably with more output than the machine of the same level from others.
Pasteurization Tunnel
Used for after packing sterilizer, with different zones treatment of circulated cooling water and the treatment time can be adjusted according to the user’s requirement. The machine can applicable to all types non-carbonated material such as tea, juice, sauce.
PVC/OPP Labeling
We have various kinds of options. Labeling machine have the PVC sleeve label, BOPP hot glue label, adhesive stick label, wet glue label.
